Cross connections are used to connect up and down the drill pipe in different connections during drilling operations. It can also be used to protect other tools in the drill pipe (called guard joints) or to transport the discharged air to the bit face above the bit (called bit joints).

Deflection 2 ~ 3 meters, light pressure slow rotation into 4 ~ 5 meters;
Repeat the above operation several times, when the deviation Angle reaches the expected requirements, reduce the weight on bit and increase the speed to smooth deviation.
